Stan and I got away last weekend and went to Houston for a wedding. It was a great time and it was nice to have a weekend alone, minus Logan. Logan spent the weekend with his gramma and Ompa and was exhausted when we got home...

We bought a new home!!!!

Hey everyone, it has been a LONG time since I have been able to get on here and post..mostly because we have been SOOOO busy! We bit the bullet and bought a new home out by my parents (2 minutes away!) 2 weekends ago! It is a 2,700 sq ft, 1 story home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a playroom for Logan, formal dining room and 3 car garage. We also lucked out and got a HUGE lot for Logan to play on!! Our bathroom is gorgeous and even has a seat in the LARGE shower! We cannot wait to move in. They will begin building in July and we will be in before Thanksgiving hopefully so we can have both of our families over for the holidays--HINT HINT everyone who reads this.

Then, we put our house on the market last weekend and in the first 2 days had 12 families look at it and 3 offers by Sunday!!! Can you believe it! We took a full asking price offer and are even able to stay in our home until April 18 which is great...so now we have to find an apartment or home to rent for a few months..it will all be worth it though! We are sooo excited and cannot wait!!!! Pictures to come later...Stan and I are heading to Houston this morning for a wedding and Logan is staying with his gramma and gramps, or as he calls him, OMPA...so cute!!! Logan's 1st Birthday!

Well, Logan turned 1 this past week and it was exciting and sad all at the same time! My baby is getting to be a BIG boy but he still looks like a baby to me at least! He was such a good little man all week, even though he caught something from the little boy he plays with during the week. Luckily, he didn't get it too bad and he was better in a few days and was able to make his big party! We had lots of friends and family in for the big Birthday party and we are so thankful both of our families were able to come, as well as some of our good friends, including the Roach's, Kelly and Jamie! It was so good to see everyone ! Here are some of my favorites!

Visit to Ft. Worth

Stan and I decided to head to Ft. Worth before Logan's bday this weekend to see Gigi and Pops so they got alone time with him before the birthday. It was a short trip unfortunately since Stan worked on Friday night, but a good one none the less! Here are some of my favorite photos!

Logan will be 1 this week!!!!!!

I cannot believe it! We have made it to Logan's Birthday week! Stan and I had his 1 year photos made yesterday and they are adorable! I cannot wait to get them back so everyone can see them!! Here are some photos from Logan playing with his golf set which he loves! He always plays with my dad's clubs at his house so we got him his own set to play with and it is a HUGE hit! He loves it! Tiger Vick is on his way!!!;-)

Our baby is getting to be a little boy!

I just love this photos!! Life is good though right now and Logan is at a good age..he is walking all over the place, climbing the stairs and babbeling constantly. We are putting our house on the market in February and as soon as it sells we are moving out to Dripping Springs to be closer to my family, get a MUCH larger house and get into the best school district in Austin. We cannot wait!
