Aranda Wedding In Houston

Stan and I got away last weekend and went to Houston for a wedding. It was a great time and it was nice to have a weekend alone, minus Logan. Logan spent the weekend with his gramma and Ompa and was exhausted when we got home...

We bought a new home!!!!

Hey everyone, it has been a LONG time since I have been able to get on here and post..mostly because we have been SOOOO busy! We bit the bullet and bought a new home out by my parents (2 minutes away!) 2 weekends ago! It is a 2,700 sq ft, 1 story home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a playroom for Logan, formal dining room and 3 car garage. We also lucked out and got a HUGE lot for Logan to play on!! Our bathroom is gorgeous and even has a seat in the LARGE shower! We cannot wait to move in. They will begin building in July and we will be in before Thanksgiving hopefully so we can have both of our families over for the holidays--HINT HINT everyone who reads this.

Then, we put our house on the market last weekend and in the first 2 days had 12 families look at it and 3 offers by Sunday!!! Can you believe it! We took a full asking price offer and are even able to stay in our home until April 18 which is great...so now we have to find an apartment or home to rent for a few months..it will all be worth it though! We are sooo excited and cannot wait!!!! Pictures to come later...Stan and I are heading to Houston this morning for a wedding and Logan is staying with his gramma and gramps, or as he calls him, OMPA...so cute!!!
